Assorted small repair jobs around house

We have a list of small jobs around our house and need someone to come around and work their way through them. 1. Fix sticky wardrobe door in bedroom 2. Replace kitchen tap washer (mixer type) 3. Fix lounge window handle (has come loose) 4. Bog up damaged patch of garage door and replace bottom hinge 5. Refix fireguard to floor (has come loose) 6. Replace rotten portion of wooden handrail on outside stairs (approx. 1 m) 7. Add some bracing to part of fence/ gate that is a bit wobbly. 8. Probably a couple of other things too that we've forgotten about!
