Fencing and Retaining wall
Job description
Work to re-establish old retaining walls and fences between two properties. Quote will need to be in two parts to share with neighbours. 1. Back Boundary Fence and Retaining wall (Blue in Boundary Photo) a) Take down an existing fence on the back boundary of the section. This is approx. 4.5m x 1.5m. b) Construct timber retaining wall along existing boundary - approx 1.2m high c) Construct new fence - height 1.5m 2. Replace and retain existing fence along the existing boundary on the side of the house. (Pink in Boundary Photo) a) Remove existing fence - approx 12.5m x 1.5m with small pailings widely spaced b) Construct new timber fence along the existing boundary to a height of 1.5m. This will require portions below the bottom of the fence to be built with retaining of between 200 - 700mm 3. Construct new Retaining walla and fence along the side of the house (Green line in boundary photo) a) Construct small retaining wall along the existing boundary- approx. 8.0m x 900mm b) Construct wooden fence along the top of the retaining wall. approx 8.0m x 600mm (height to align with the remainder of the fence above. Please note that the back neighbour is also interested in undertaking additional retaining wall and fencing (black dotted lines)

Great finished product - really happy with the fence and retaining. Job was completed on weekends which was agreed ahead of time. Build took longer than anticipated due to weather and circumstances out of builders control - could have been communicated better.
