Fence, stairs and handrail
Job description
Hi I have three jobs which combined might make a good package of work for someone, I need to get an area fenced for my dogs, out the back of my house. It’s a sloping section As you’ll see in the photos. I’ll need a gate as well built into it. I also need a few wide stairs built out of a door on a room that goes out to the back area, as per photo. I also need a wooden hand rail built down some stairs and finally if it can be done an internal stairwell has some bad borer so a part of it needs replacing. Advice on that appreciated, cheers Ligs

Richard did an excellent job, I’m very happy with the fence, handrail and steps. He knew I had a tight timeframe and worked in atrocious conditions. He tweaked his approach to help keep costs down but still did an excellent job. He communicated well and his workmanship is excellent. I would happily get him back to do other work. He was also very tidy and cleaned up well.
