Low deck, fence and gate

We've just had a slider door put in and want a new pine deck build out on a triangular corner of the garden next to it. The deck will run along the house on one wall (5660) meet up with an trellis fence which will need to be replaced by a new fence, (approx 3400 - not a straight line) and then run down the concrete path back to the house (approx 5740). The deck will only be about 1 step above ground level and another step into the house. We are also wanting a fence (approx 8m x 1200) and gate put in on the other side of the same lawn and path, so we have an enclosed area for our child to run around in. In the attached photos, the deck will go over the triangle on the near side of the house and the fence on the boundary on the far side of the lawn (where the trees now are, or stumps).
