The fence at my property has reached end of life and is starting to rot in several places. It's approximately 40m long and on a slope. I need it replaced with a standard Kainga Ora specification Fences to 1.8 metres in height Use radiata pine H3.2 to New Zealand Standard NZS 3602, merchantable grade to NZS 3631, H4 treated for ground contact timbers. Po --- x 100mm, 700mm minimum in concrete. Rails: Three rails each 100mm x 50mm across the face of the posts. Rails to be fixed at each post with one 12mm galvanised coach bolt with washer passing through a halving joint. Rails to be edge fixed. All palings to be 50mm off the ground.
