Boundary retaining wall enclosure.

The boundary water Tony exploded taking a huge amount of soil with it. My concrete steps have slumped and broken. They need removing. The tobies need enclosing in a retaining wall style enclosure, the concrete steps taken away and the fence extended. A plumber may need to extend the tobies above ground level? The job needs assessing.
