- Take gates off hinges, adjust the gate hinges and rehang so the two gate edges are vertical and don’t touch each other. [ you will need to lift the gates off the hinge plate and adjust the gudgeon to decrease the closing gap on the two top hinges] - Put a key pad gate lock like this mechanical one here from Mitre10 I shared on photo. [ --- / --- ] - The install needs to be strong enough to withstand the wind as it is high wind area. So it needs be screwed on properly. Don’t have a big budget for this as this just a small job to keep wife happy.
