Fence replacement

A fence that borders 2 properties needs replacement. Job is to remove old and put up new. A quote is required so neighbouring property and I can half the cost. Please note tree in image has been cut and removed. Plants will be cleared for contractor. Looking to get this done as soon as possible. Would like per square metre quote for a standard 1. Timber Fence and 2. Paling fence. Current height of fence is 1.8m and the length to fix is dependent on cost per meter. Please only experienced fencers.
