Small job - bolt needed

Banana trees have slowly pushed this pvc fence out. Offending trees have been cut but fence remains pushed out which has caused the panel to come off the end post. It can be pushed in but won’t stay. I notice bolts on all the other posts except this. So I need one bolt put in. You’d need a second person to hold it in place while the bolt gets installed. See photos of the area, asks a photo of another post with a bolt
