Wooden Gate Repair and re-alignment 2

I am looking for someone to repair my wooden gate. Here are the things that I need to fix 1. Repair the hinge on one side of the gate (see photo) 2. Both gates are sagging and the bottom of gate drags on the ground. Will require some sort of re-alignment and possibly install some wheels at the bottom of gate so that it can be open and close easily.
