Simple timber fence between two driveways

I need a straight run of 60m treated pine timber fencing to replace a broken existing fence between two concrete driveways. The location is the pair of driveways between numbers 34 and 36 Daytona Road, Henderson. You can visit the site on your own for measuring and quoting. Very easy access from the street as you can see from the photo. The job involves the section of fence between the footpath and the archway entrance to number 34C where the white metal ends. The new fence is to be the same heights as the existing. The first 20 m from the road is lower (approx. 1m?) and the next 40m is higher (2m?), with a short sloping joining section as existing. The fence must have a tidy appearance from both sides, i.e. it does not have a "back" side. It needs to be sturdy because it has a lot of windage and also cars tend to back into it accidentally, etc. There is a gap between the driveways for postholes; no need to cut concrete. There are buried services (water pipes, telephone cables) between the driveways to be aware of. The job includes dismantling and removing the existing fence. The transfer station is not far, just across the motorway. This job is somewhat cost sensitive, but a quote which impresses with clear description or drawing of a simple but attractive design may get the job without being the lowest price.
