Picket Fence + Garden Screen

We are looking to create a roughly 20m white picket fence that follows the outline of our driveway from the house wall. Just a simple point detail at the top of the picket (see reference for our neighbour's fence). Fence to be about 1200mm high and would like two pedestrian gates installed too. In addition, want to create a screen to hide refuse bins behind. Hoping for full install of completed white fence i.e. not wanting to paint it ourselves if possible. Open to using timber or PVC — will be driven by cost really. Thanks!
