URGENT!!! Front fence & sliding gate needed to be built

Our 20+ year old iron sliding gate has finally broken off the rail (which has also unhinged from the fence) and so we are in desperate need of it being replaced, alongside our 20+ year old wooden front fence - we live down the road from a primary school and have a friendly but very loud and big dog, as well as a now walking 1 year old that both need to be contained to our property. The entire front fence/boundary is 21.59m across with the gate about 4m. From the road side, the sliding gate currently slides from the right-hand side. We are also wanting a pedestrian gate and gap/space for a letterbox to be built into. We are wanting all this to be 1500mm high. The style we are wanting is 'closed/filled in', so no gaps for the dog to be able to see people and cars moving past. Would be happy with timber and have no preference between vertical or horizontal slats (whatever would be cheapest). We currently have a concrete mowing strip under the fence posts and palings. Timeframe that we would want this done is immediately - no longer than 2 weeks from today.
