Side of house gate needs hanging

Hey there, I have a gate (alloy) 2 posts all the fittings just needs old wooden posts removed and new gate with metal posts hung, but of concrete etc so I can get my trailer over the hump and yeah, that’s about it, not a big job and I have most things, There may be a little bit of wood required to stop a small dog but I can prob do that if you don’t want to Thanks
