Fence maintenance and gate installation

Looking to get someone to do the following work if possible: - repair sagging fence beams and paint - dispose of defunct planter box - install a matching gate on existing fence - gate to open outwards with child lock - add pavers either side of gate Wouldn't mind installing pre-bought planter boxes either side of where the gate has been added. Some leveling of the earth might be required for this... Have attached a picture of the basic idea. Definitely open to suggestions though! Thanks :)
