Fence & deck

I require a wooden fence to to be build, following on from an existing fence. The current fence is constructed from decking timber. New fence to be approximately 13 metres in length (6.2metres in west to east direction and 6.8 metres in north to south direction). The north to south part to link up with the wall of the house. Part of this enclosure will be decked and I require a low deck (100mm?) off the ground. Approximate size of the deck 33m2. The deck must be able to hold the weight of a spa (spa capacity 1100litres).
