Fixing Up Wooden Gates

Last year a storm blew in our wooden gates. I need someone to reattach the parts that fell off (see photo). I also need someone to realign the gates...when the wind blew them in, the force of the wind pulled in the right pillar so the gates are hard to close because there is no longer a gap between them. Third thing is painting the gates once the bits have been reattached. i have no idea of what this is going to cost so although I have put a budget in place it might be more than $1000??
