Stockproof post, batten & wire to secure boundary. of approx 420 m with other internal paddock fencing ~ 900 m to be reestablished . Looking at either 8 wire or 5 wire beaten with electrics for boundary. Will be number of gates as well, the plan is a little fluid. Looking to re-establish fencing after subdivision ROW is finished at the end of March , with fencing required from April/May. The need for sheep proof internal fencing may depend on cost. The RoW has taken out the end of the internal paddocks on the western boundary so most posts remain but these supported 2-4 wire with electrics with no battens and were sparse so new posts required to be added. Looking to beef this up to secure smaller paddocks rather than an 8 acre paddock:) Rough pic below ...thick blue line is proposed boundary along new RoW (~ 420m) with thinner lines showing paddock fence alignments (~ 80m ) and ~50 m nearer road. Rectangle is to protect screen plantings on new lots is approx 70 x 6m.
