High Timber boundary fence

Fence - 26m aprox., is replacing a previously removed macrocarpa hedge. The boundary is between my courtyard and has a only a driveway on neighbour's side. It could be just a plain vertical board or possibly board and battern, depending on cost difference . The fence needs to be high(around 2m or higher for privacy) Want the fence timber capped to be aesthetically pleasing. (Photo below is an example only. Mine would have no concrete wall base) I have some flexibility re style and capping style. The hedge will be removed by 26 th March would want it done in following 5 weeks if possible but not essential
