Straightning a fence

Needing a fence straightened after it has fallen down as the neighbour's land has moved on the slope. They have now had a retaining wall put in and backfilled which comes to the bottom.of our fence. The concrete posts are still in their concrete just moved. We are selling the house, so hoping it can be done quickly as open homes start beginning of January. Unfortunately other person supposed to do it has ended up in hospital. Would rather not have to pay for a brand new fence as all the posts etc are fine..
