Hinge repair and turn another gate around, so it swings out, not in.

Hi, our childcare centre gate drags on the concrete pathway and doesn't always swing shut. I think the hinge needs repairing. The children were standing on the bottom rail and jumping on it. We have a second gate that needs to be removed completely and rehinged on the other post, so it swings out, not in. Many thanks Kirsten
