Front yard fencing needed
Job description
Part 1 is construction of a 1.2 metre high paling fence (see relevant photo for design which must be followed). Approx. 19 metres of this fencing in total including two gates with standard latches. The fence will follow the boundary of the property from the neighbour's fence pictured to just before the letterbox and will connect with the dwelling at two points. 1) Beside the garage wall as pictured to the immediate left when looking toward the neighbour's fence. 2) At the wall to the kitchen which is at the end of the footpath leading to the house. Part 2 is construction of a 1.6 metre high paling fence (see relevant photo of unpainted fence for design which must be followed). Approx. 2.3 metres of this fencing in total including one gate with a key lockable latch (see relevant photo). This fence will be built between the garage and the retaining wall. There shouldn't be any concrete to break up as the posts should be able to be driven into areas covered by gravel or grass. In terms of timeframe, this must be completed no later than 29 January.

Mark did a first class job and went well beyond what I expected. He's very communicative, helpful and provided lots of great tips and advice. The fence is looking great and I highly recommend his amazing workmanship.
