NEW KITCHEN, BATHROOM AND FENCE

My kitchen is approx 10 square metres. The whole lot needs replacing, ie units, sink, benchtops, stove, rangehood, dishwasher etc. I may be able to re-use the existing waste disposal. I also may need an extra couple of power points. All the electrical appliances will stay where they are so no major electrical work required.The walls and floors will need tiling and walls in the whole living area will need painted. The existing bathroom needs replacing, ie, vanity, toilet, bath and shower. I will keep the existing configuration so no additional plumbing is required. I will require an electrician so I can have additional lighting. The floor will need tiling and the walls part tiled. The remaining wall will need painting. I also need a fence built, (not sure what material yet). It will be approximately 45m in length and 1.6m high. The area which needs fencing is clear of plants, weeds etc and is currently lawn. I will also need a gate.
