Fix metal fence

2 panels of our coloursteel fence blew down in the wind. Looking for someone to fix this up. Should be reasonably straight forward to put it back together but some extra screwholes required (I think this is why it blew down) and I'm not sure if the fence cap/top is too busted to fit back on. It's been down for a while.
