Side gate and Small fence installation

I am after a side gate and small timber fence to block off the back portion of the side of my house where the pathway ends. The distance from wall to fenceline is approx 1.9m (including pathway) The pathway only is aprox 1.3m wide. Pictures of the spot where I would like the new gate as well as a picture of the existing side gate that needs re-straightening/leveling. The end goal is to fully fence my backyard at that corner of the house so I can complete my cat fence installation.
