Service side 1.65m wide small steel gate and timber finish on the edge of concrete pad. Digging close to house, life wire at 600mm deep, so timber needs to be screwed ont the wall. Closer to fence groung needs to be dug to 900 to concrete post of 2700. Other side aprox 4.8m wide from house to existing boundary fence, steel gate and timber finish. Specifications are per developer (finish and palings) and will be provided to interested party.
