Fix timber gate post

Due to strong winds, one of the gate posts which is attached to the house has been pulled out of the brick fixing. Need to get the gate fixed please. There is a big screw which was drilled through the post and directly into the brick. This has been ripped out and needs to be fixed if possible or replaced.
