Backyard fencing

Hello I am mother of autistic children who escape over the front gate and onto the buzy old taupo road. I need my backyard to be fenced so that the children stay in the backyard! The property is fully fenced so I only need the backyard to be sectioned off from the front. I need to give the quote to my funding host to approve and pay the builder. So at this stage I just need a quote done please then when they approve the government funding host will pay the builder. I would love to have a safe outdoor play area for my kids.
