I need someone to build a 21.5m approx fence in front of the house. It needs a small retaining wall approx 350cm's high with the posts attached to that to build a 1.8 fence. The posts and fence panels are on site ready to go but not the materials for the retaining wall. I would love it to be built as soon as possible.
