1.2m high timber paling fence

Am in the need of a fence. We are in the process of building a new house in snells beach. Am wanting 1.2m high timber paling fence. This is to give protection above a small retaining wall, and in between the back of the house and next door neighbour. (Approximately 45m shared with neighbour), (7m in front of our house) Will need to be built on the boundary, not bolted to retaining . Let me know if you need more information
