25m single vertical paling fence with stepped design

I need a boundary fence to be constructed, 25 metres in length, single vertical palings, capped and stepped with a maximum height of 1.8m at any point (including the capping). The photo shows the property and to the right of the photo is my neighbour's property. The fence is to go along the boundary between the two properties ( we have agreed on the style of fencing and I am now obtaining quotes)
