Electric gate opener replacement
Job description
One of the auto gate openers at our Army Bay dwelling has failed and so we need to install a pair of new gate openers and connect this into the existing electrical cabling running into the dwelling. These twin solid timber gates are each around 2m in width and 1.8m in height.

The work of costing and repairing the gate opening arm was completed in reasonable time and efficiency. However, the communication we received from Fanatix was not helpful, in that they did not keep us in touch with their progress, nor the subcontractor they used to actually do the work. As a result we were unaware that the work had been commenced.
