Putting back post and three panel rural fence on to be riased ground level

I am in the process of some landscaping earthworks on a bare land rural section in Wainui (near Milldale in Rodney). Some of the posts and rails were temporarily removed late last year. The earthworks to raise the level of the land and remove a dip under the fence has still to be done. I am looking for an experienced fencing contractor to meet me on site and advise on how the work should be approached and quote for the aspects which they can do including raising the height of a few other posts not yet done, reinstalling the removed posts at a higher level along the same line, and refitting rails replacing any broken ones as necessary, adjusting the double gate?
