A quote for building a fence

Need a quote for building a 1.8m high 50m long paling fence in Helensville in a new build residential subdivision. The job will potentially be for multiple properties in the subdivision but the quote needs to be for a single property. Part of the fence will be on an existing retaining wall of about 30m in length 1m in height. The total length of the fence would be under 85m with a retaining wall on either side of the property, but since part of the cost will be shared between neighbors a quote for 50m length is requested.(See plans attached for one of the properties)
