Decking timber "Wall" For a Commercial Shop front

We need a tradie asap to help with our shop renovation, see the photos below. I have included the current wall and an example of what we would like it to look like. We need an external wall framed and 90mm x 35mm decking timber used to match the existing shop-front, there is currently corrugated iron there which can be removed prior to the job starting. approximately 3 m high by 2.7m wide, double-sided please.
