Pool fence on retaining wall

Approximately 12.5m of pool fencing to be supplied and fixed to a retaining wall at height over 1m. Pool fence height to 1.2m to meet code of compliance. Retaining wall is not a single height and tapers off at each end. The wall is at the front of a house that covers two sides of the garage. Want fence fitted by 15 Sep prior to expected council inspection.
