Job description
I need someone to build a couple of fences and put down a concrete pad for a spa pool next to the bed rooms 1/2. Pad is about 5m2 by 5m2 and will extend 2.9 meters in front of the house to mirror the existing patio. 1st Fence needs to surround the pad on two sides and have a gate allowing access into the spa area. Second fence needs to extend from bedroom three to the water tank and also have a gate. See picture that shows red lines for fence locations. Desired fence style is shown in one of the pictures. Purple box shows area of concrete pad. Photos also show style of pad (cut/grouting) which is non-tinted concrete with simple --- grouted cuts. Note for fence posts, some holes may have to be hand dug as due to rural location underground pipes for tank/water/power are located around the tank area. Start time is around Nov/Dec.
