fence pole

I have a fence as illustrated and the pole at the gate has rusted away at ground level. It is embedded in some concrete. I need the concrete to be broken up and removed a new fence pole to be obtained and fully installed in new conrete or cement please The fence poles are about 1300 mm tall from ground level. I need the job done fairly quickly please. We are at Snells Beach Nr Warkworth.
