Rip and install fence pales to existing fence to cover gaps,trim to match height

We have two sections of fence recently completed. Height varies from ~1800 to 2000 on section 1 (68 palings 150x25) incl a pedestrian gate (total ~ --- across section 2 (26 palings 150/25) incl a vehicle gate (total ~3950). We wish to install overlaps (half width palings - 75mm) over the gaps in the exiting pales to reduce traffic noise. Section one would require 34 pales – ripped to 75/75, section 2 would require 13 pales ripped to 75/75 Note that the pales are not all the same length – there is a slight drop and three steps so most will need to be cut to length to match existing. Pics refer - hoping this all makes sense. Section 1 pedestrian gate (only) will need to have palings affixed with Bugle batten screws to match existing - I will supply. Remainder section 1 and section 2 = nailer? Looking for quotes please labour only, OR labour PLUS supply palings --- and --- .
