Wooden steps and gate

Hi, I would like a wooden barrier --- wide removing and some wooden steps created to reach the ground. The deck is --- from the ground and there is a concrete lip that needs taking into account, the steps will need to turn 90° (or extend decking slightly and have straight steps) whichever is easier. I would also like a gate creating at the other end @ 106cm wide
