Quote for residential fence

My wife and I are building a new house in the Hereford Heights subdivision of Marton and we were wondering if you would be able to give us a quote for the fencing of the whole property. I have attached a couple of pictures that indicate the layout of the property with approximate dimensions of the lengths of the fences that would be required. The property falls away in the bottom left hand corner of the pictures and we would like to make the whole section as level as possible, so an amount of retaining wall would be required. Currently the back fence, along the bottom of the picture, is a standard wire and baton stock fence. We are open to options of either building a fence directly in front of the wire fence or replacing the stock fence with a residential fence. We would ideally like this completed in late May early June.
