Easy job securing fence posts to concrete wall

Looking for someone to affix 8x 2.4m wooden fence posts to a concrete wall so that we can build a fence and a gate. Second photo is an example of what our neighbours have done to give an example of what we are after. We will provide the posts but appreciate ypu providing the fixings. Need completed asap. Have to stand in drainage channel to install but only a couple of cms of water in there usually so recommend boots or gumboots so feet dont get wet
