Boundary Fence for 6 gardens

Kia ora I was recommended Trio Contracing, Porirua, for these services by a friend Chris Benseman. We have a Fence job and am seeking quotes as it involves the boundary of six houses including mine in total. The fence that needs to be done is an existing one, that has fallen into disarray, some of the old wire fence has become attached to a couple of trees in places and all of the old wire fence will need to be taken away and replaced with new. We are also hoping that the current concrete po --- the fence line can be reused to keep costs down? And upon your guidance we are thinking a similar wire fence should be used again which is likely to be the cheapest option?
