Plimmerton boundary fence

In process to build a fence between ours and neighbours property ~16m close boarded post and rail fence. Boundary is on a sloped section of property (~10-15% incline) with moderate bush coverage. We are about to accept fee proposal to get an offset boundary survey with a 4-5 week timeframe that will indicate line of the fence. Following survey, work on the fence can begin. Photo attachment is rough indication of fence line.
