Rehang gates x2

I have two gates at the front of the house that are in need of repair. Left hand gate: Unusually this gate opens outwards rather than inwards as you would expect to avoid hitting downpipe guttering immediately behind. Hence the hinges are quite small for the weight of the gate and the woodwork on the lower hinge is also split. The gate is no longer opening freely and is sticking against the house. You can still open it, but this requires using a lot more force than should be necessary. Would like to have this gate rehung so that it can open more freely. Perhaps it might be worth replacing the hinges with something more robust and am open to solutions. The pipe that can be seen in couple of the photos is for an external water tap. Right hand gate: This is the more urgent of the two. The gate is no longer hanging properly at all and needs both hinges replaced. The lower hinge is bent while the upper hinge only has one decent screw supporting it. I already have replacement hinges and screws available for this (as seen in photo). It would also be ideal to have the bolt and accompanying bracket replaced at the same time. Potentially with something which is easier to open as this is the gate which gets most frequently used.
