Fencing job need done ! Labour only The front of the house will be a small retainer at the bottoms of the fence (so maybe every 2nd post short (1.5m --- ) for the retainer) looking at 1.8m long fence all around. There is retaining done on both sides of the house, we might build the fence of that. Front is 20m long (left side of the house 25m and the right side(garage side) 20m long Note- I have got all the wood sorted
