Fencing and automatic gates

We are looking to fence the front of our house, cover the right and left side as we already have a deck in the centre. On one of the sides, we have a car port (with just gravel) for which we want to put automatic gates. Currently we have steps going down from our deck to the right side of the house and we may look at building steps to the left to make that side feel inclusive. We would like to start this work in May-June 2021.
