Closing in deck and gate install

Hi there Needing someone to complete a gate and close in this deck area. It can be trellis but open to other options. Outdoor hinge and a spring close would be good. There is a step where we would like the gate to sit above. The step is approx 1600mm wide. The distance from the fence to the house is 2500mm. The height of the fence around the deck is 1700mm, and the height of the top of the fence is 2100mm from the ground. The house possibly has elements of Fibre cement so it's important you are aware of this. It doesn't have to be a fancy solution, just simple and straight forward.
