Repairing wooden Boundary fence or replacement fence

I have a wooden fence that my friend built for me a couple of years ago to replace the rotten metal sheets between my property and the neighbors behind me. The problem is that the wooden piece are coming away and I have to get hammering more nails in to it and I to get it properly as there are dogs on either side of the properties. I have left over wood and nails from the job and the fence was not set in concrete at. I need someone to inspect the fence and advise me if the fence can be fixed or needs to be completely pulled down and a new fence installed. It measures 177.8cm down to lawn 284.48cm across the gap in the Boundary fence line. Th
