Construct a fence and gate over driveway

We need a fence built (cheapest timber) at 1.8m high along the front of our rental property to provide security. It also needs a swing gate with latch that can take a padlock across the drive way, approx 1m high. The fence will be approx 8m long and the driveway approx 2m so 10m in total. Could you please advise me on typical cost per metre for the fence and a gate and the existing small white picket fence will need to be removed and disposed of as well. We would like this done in the next couple of weeks.
